Shipping is free for all orders.
Packages are delivered via USPS. Once your product has shipped, it typically takes up to 2 business days if shipping to an address in Maryland, 3 to 4 business days for the rest of the United States, and 7 to 21 business days for the rest of the world.
Faster shipping options are also available for an additional cost, and are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.
We are committed to the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. We will gladly accept the return of unworn (with protective sticker intact), or defective merchandise with original tags and packaging. With the original receipt, you may return for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. Just send an email to email@example.com and we’ll send you a free return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, if the item is damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This way we can quickly evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or sale items.
To make an exchange, please first return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We guarantee that your watch has been produced using high-quality materials. Extensive quality controls ensure that each watch has been inspected prior to leaving our fulfillment center. Unfortunately, material defects cannot always be avoided. If there is an issue with your new watch, please contact our Customer Service within the warranty period.
We offer a 24-month warranty period on your watch from the date of purchase, covering any material or manufacturing defects. The warranty is applicable only to the operational functionality of the movement and build of the watch. The warranty does not cover damages or attrition to batteries, case, glass, or strap that may be caused by improper use (accidents, glass or water damage, displaced crown). We will resolve manufacturing defects free of charge during the warranty period. If the watch cannot be repaired, it will be replaced by a comparable model.

Donovan Watches is partnered with No Hungry Children, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to helping feed children around the world. With their help, each order placed on our website will also provide a meal for 10 children in Nairobi, Kenya.
